Overview

On 21 April 2023, the amended Rules for the Conduct of Proceedings before the CCMA (CCMA Rules) were released in the Government Gazette.  The CCMA’s forms have also been amended. 

Join Chantelle de Sousa on the 25th of May from 10:00am - 12:00pm  where she will take the tedious process of checking which Rules and forms were amended and which stayed the same.  We will explain the Rules and forms in a consice and simplified manner and ensure that your practice is up to date and ready for your next appearance at the CCMA
