Change Management to Advance Organisational Excellence

Date: Mar 19, 2026 - Mar 19, 2026

CPD hours: 2 Hours

Time: 10:00 - 12:00

Event Type: Webinar

Presenter: Craig Yeatman
Co-designer

Organisational excellence is widely declared yet rarely examined with precision.

Overview

Organisational excellence is widely declared yet rarely examined with precision. It is often equated with efficiency, innovation, compliance, growth, or client satisfaction, depending on professional context and organisational priorities. In reality, excellence is neither singular nor static. It is shaped by competing demands, structural conditions, and ongoing managerial judgement.

This webinar explores organisational excellence not as a slogan or a purely measurement-driven concept, but as a dynamic managerial and systemic practice. Participants will gain practical lenses to understand how excellence is defined across different organisational dimensions, how structures distribute performance unevenly (and often appropriately), and how performance systems reveal what excellence truly means in practice.

Rather than presenting excellence as a fixed destination, the session positions it as a continuous balancing act shaped by governance, organisational design, accountability, and decision-making. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of how to diagnose excellence-related tensions, identify structural constraints, and strengthen performance conversations within complex organisational environments.

Join Craig Yeatman on the 19th of March 2026 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm as he provides a practical, experience-based exploration of organisational excellence as a managerial challenge. This session moves beyond abstract ideals to examine how excellence is defined, pursued, and sustained within real-world organisational constraints, offering structured frameworks and actionable insights for advancing organisational effectiveness.
