There are many reasons why tender bids are disqualified, with the most common reason being due to the proposal containing material deviations from the tender specifications or terms and conditions.
Legal and Accounting practitioners, by virtue of their inherent skill to analyse and compile information, have the opportunity to apply this skill in drafting winning tender bids for their clients and expand their service offering in the process.
