About the presenter 

Madilli Tlholohelo 

Madillo Mofokeng is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a Notary Public. In August 2024, she established her own law firm, MT Mofokeng Attorneys, based in Fourways, Johannesburg. With a strong background in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and intellectual property law, she has built a reputation for excellence in legal advisory and advocacy.

Her legal career began as a Candidate Attorney at Shandu Attorneys Incorporated in 2019, where she later advanced to Associate and Notary Public. Prior to that, she gained experience as a legal intern at Tshaya Mashabela Attorneys (now TM Attorneys Africa), a black female-owned intellectual property law firm. Throughout her career, Madillo has been involved in high-profile cases, including advising on state capture inquiries and corporate due diligence investigations.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa and is actively involved in professional organizations, including the South African Black Women in Law (SABWiL), where she served as the inaugural Alumni President. Madillo is passionate about justice, mentorship, and empowering the next generation of legal professionals.
