In today’s complex legal and commercial landscape, effective financial planning is inseparable from sound legal structuring. Misalignment between financial, tax and trust arrangements can have severe legal and financial consequences for clients.
This webinar examines how to align business financial planning with estate planning to safeguard continuity, liquidity and compliance. Legal professionals will gain practical insights into managing risks arising from the death or incapacity of key individuals and learn how to design ownership and succession structures that protect client interests while ensuring tax efficiency and fiduciary integrity.
