• How to obtain the documentation relating to a company, including but not limited to the registered Memorandum of Incorporation;
• How to raise issues with the CIPC, when problems are experienced.

About the presenter

Tamara Stork is a practising attorney who was admitted in 2014. Tamara’s practice is diverse, and the fields she practises include, but are not limited to company law, labour law and gambling law.
