Bongani Shoko is an experienced SHEQ Specialist with over 15 years of expertise in safety, health, environment, and quality management. Since entering the field in 2009, he has delivered compliance training across various industries, including extensive work on power generation projects and multiple power stations nationwide.
With a strong background in ISO management systems, Bongani has guided numerous organisations through the development, implementation, and certification of SHEQ systems, ensuring legal compliance and effective risk management. His regional experience extends to Swaziland, Lesotho, and Zambia, where he has led training and compliance initiatives for diverse projects.
Bongani has also mentored many SHEQ professionals now thriving in different sectors. Currently working as a Safety Consultant and Trainer, he continues to support companies in construction, training, and security to maintain ISO certification and meet regulatory standards.
He holds a Diploma in Safety Management and is currently pursuing an International Diploma in Safety Management.
