Particulars of claim serve as the cornerstone of a legal case, providing a concise yet comprehensive outline of the plaintiff's grievances and the relief sought.  

This document should be clear and concise, stating the facts on which the plaintiff relies for his claim, and particulars that will enable the defendant to reply thereto. Furthermore, gives the conclusions of law which the plaintiff is entitled to deduce from the facts stated therein and concludes with a prayer for the appropriate relief.

She graduated with her LLB, completed her pupillage, and was admitted as an advocate in 2008. Her current area of interest is in alternative dispute resolution, specifically mediation. She is a maverick for humanity and ethics within the legal profession in South Africa with a focus on candidate attorneys
