Sithembiso Mabaso
Senior Associate
Sithembiso joined Clarks Attorneys in February 2016 as a Senior Associate, previously been employed for three years at the University of the Witwatersrand School of Law. Sithembiso was an attorney in the Law Clinic and a lecturer in the School of Law. He taught the subjects Civil Procedure and Practical Legal Studies to 3rd year and final year law students respectively. In 2020 he was promoted to director at Clarks, where he currently practices.
Sithembiso is a tough and strategic litigator with an eye for technical detail.
Sithembiso is passionate about family and personal law because it has a direct impact on people’s lives. This impact he believes, extends to every sphere of society either positively or negatively. He prefers the former.
