She holds a Bachelor of Law, an Honours degree in Psychology and an MBA (Cum Laude), and has served in senior leadership roles at WorldsView Academy where she is a senior partner specialising in leadership development, change and organisational culture.
With a background as a business owner and experience across multiple industries, Liezel brings a strong practical perspective to her work. She is passionate about helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, build capability and create healthy, high-performing organisations.
