How to prepare for the CCMA: Tips on Conciliation and Arbitration
CPD Hours: 2
Price: R550.00
Overview
The Labour Relations Act provides for simple procedures for the resolution of labour disputes through statutory conciliation and arbitration. In this webinar we will discuss how to prepare for conciliation and arbitration at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils in respect of unfair dismissal disputes.
We will look at how you can make the best use of the conciliation process and how to approach settlement. A dispute can be settled amicably without fighting to the death and saving the parties time and money.
We will then turn to arbitration and make sure you are prepared to best utilise the process. How do you prepare your documentation and witnesses and convince a commissioner of your case? This webinar will equip you with a checklist to make sure all is in order before you present your case and ensure a smooth arbitration.
Join Attorney Chantelle de Souza where she will equip you with a checklist to make sure all is in order before you present your case and ensure a smooth arbitration.
