About the presenter

Norma Beerwinkel

Norma is an admitted attorney with specialisation in general civil and commercial litigation. She has worked as in-house legal counsel for ABSA and Woolworths Financial Services respectively, and as an ICT vendor manager at Maitland Group South Africa. Currently, she runs her own small legal consultancy with a keen focus on commercial and ICT contracts. She also lectures contracts, banking, and insurance law part-time at Varsity College, and is the managing editor for the Legalbrief Today Case Law Briefs feature and the monthly Sidebar column for Juta and Company.
