About the Presenter

Marike obtained her LLB Degree from the North West University in 2013. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2014 and commenced her articles in the same year. During her two years of articles she obtained experience in Estates, High Court – and Magistrates Court litigation and Conveyancing. In 2015 she was admitted as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa and subsequently in 2017 she was admitted as a Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa. Marike joined Snymans in March 2020 and was appointed as a director in 2023. She is based in the Mbombela branch, where she is tasked with managing the Nelspruit branch. Marike specialises in all aspects of property law, including training on the conveyancing process in South Africa.
