B-BBEE legal sector code of good practice

The Department of Trade, Industry & Competition has called for input by 20 September 2022 on a draft broad-based black economic empowerment code of good practice for the legal sector. Among other things, it proposes deviations from certain targets and thresholds in generic codes determined under the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003, as amended.
