BANKING INDUSTRY: INPUT SOUGHT ON DRAFT CREDIT SPREAD RISK DIRECTIVE

The Prudential Authority has called for input by 31 January 2024 on a draft directive setting out instructions for identifying, monitoring, measuring, managing and reporting credit spread risk in the banking book in terms of amendments to Regulation 30 under the Banks Act, 1990. The amendments came into force on 1 January 2023.
