This is noting that the NCOP and National Assembly have been in recess since 4 and 11 August 2025 respectively. However, the National Assembly’s Health Committee met six times virtually to hear oral representations on the 2022 Tobacco Products & Electronic Delivery Systems Control Bill. The hearings which have now ended.
