CAPITAL MARKETS: SHORT SALES CONDUCT STANDARD OUT FOR COMMENT

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has called for input by 19 May 2025 on short sales reporting and disclosure draft conduct standard. According to an accompanying statement of need, once finalised the proposed new standard is expected to close a gap in the prevailing regulatory framework – aligning it with international requirements.
