Companies Amendment Bill to be tabled in Parliament soon?

According to the Department of Trade, Industry & Competition's 2022/23 annual performance plan, 'the Companies Act amendments will be processed, focused on ease of doing business, indicators on wage differentials and measures to combat money laundering and terrorism. Further amendments may be introduced addressing corporate governance and inclusion of workers in boards of companies'. These 'further amendments' will apparently take the form of a 'second Companies Amendment Bill focusing on the worker participation model.
