DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT: FEE REGULATIONS AMENDED

The Department of Land Reform & Rural Development has gazetted amendments to regulations under the 1937 Deeds Registries Act affecting fees for a raft of services rendered. The amended fees are scheduled to come into effect one month from publication.
