DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT REGULATIONS AMENDED

The Department of Agriculture, Land Reform & Rural Development has adjusted the fees payable for various services performed in terms of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, as amended. Gazetted well after normal working hours on 28 February 2023, the new fees are immediately effective.
