DEEDS REGISTRIES ACT REGULATIONS AMENDED

The Department of Agriculture, Land Reform & Rural Development has gazetted amendments to regulations made under the Deeds Registries Act, 1937.
The amendments affect applications for:
- a certified copy of documents specified in the Government Gazette notice, and
- the cancellation of a mortgage or notarial bond the records of which are no longer available, incomplete or unserviceable.
