DOMESTIC SYSTEMICALLY IMPORTANT BANKS: PRUDENTIAL AUTHORITY CALLS FOR INPUT ON DRAFT DIRECTIVE

The Prudential Authority has published a draft directive on statutory returns that, once in force, will replace one issued in February 2021.

It is proposed that, based on consolidated information at bank and controlling company level, domestic systemically important banks should be required to submit specific credit-related statutory returns biannually.

Stakeholders have until 9 June 2023 to comment.
