FILM & PUBLICATIONS ACT REGULATIONS OUT FOR COMMENT

The Film & Publications Board has called for input by 16 February 2023 on proposals for the processes and procedures it believes should be used when applying to register, amend, transfer and/or renew licences – as well as related licensing terms and conditions. The draft regulations were gazetted on 6 January 2023, along with two other sets of proposals on which input is sought within the same timeframe. These deal with tariffs and fees, and enforcement committee rules. The board notice concerned also refers to draft complaints handling procedures, which have not yet been published.
