FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE CENTRE: SHORT NOTICE CALL FOR INPUT ON TWO DRAFT DIRECTIVES

The Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) has called for input by 21 March 2025 on two sets of proposed amendments to directives affecting the reporting obligations of accountable institutions:
- proposed amendments to a March 2021 directive (focusing on the failure to report international fund transfers), and
- proposed amendments to a September 2014 directive (focusing on the failure to comply with general reporting obligations).
