The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has gazetted amendments to qualifications, experience and criteria for approval as a compliance officer. Released in draft form two years ago for comment, they came into effect on Friday 2 December 2022.
An associated statement of need and a consolidated report on stakeholder input are now available, the FSCA website having been under maintenance all weekend.
