FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER CODE OF CONDUCT AMENDED

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has gazetted amendments to the General Code of Conduct, which came into effect on 2 December 2022. Unfortunately, weekend-long FSCA website maintenance made it impossible to access the associated documents.
Now available, these are a statement of need; and a consolidated report on stakeholder input on the draft amendments, which were released in 2020 for comment.
