FSCA: INPUT SOUGHT ON PROPOSED ADJUSTMENTS TO FEES AND LEVIES

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has issued a notice calling for submissions by 2 November 2023 on proposed adjustments to fees and levies imposed under the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017.
They can be found on pages 26 to 41 of a composite document published as the notice’s Annexures A, B, C and D. The FSCA’s budget and estimated expenditure for the 2024/2025 financial year are included.
Submissions should be made using the template provided.
