GOVERNMENT GAZETTE: LAST WEEK’S COMPOSITE VOLUMES FINALLY PUBLISHED (BACKDATED)

Last week, the composite National Government and National Regulations Gazettes routinely published each Friday did not materialise, as we have regularly reported.
They have just been published and are attached. This is noting that SA Legal Academy only reports on key policy and legislative developments of general interest. As far as can be ascertained, the notices in these backdated volumes are probably too industry and sector specific to merit a detailed report since they tend to speak for themselves.
Against that backdrop, we provide the two documents as a once-off service because – backdated – they are not easy to spot online, having been overtaken by more recent notices.
