Independent Municipal Demarcation Authority Bill tabled in Parliament

Once in force, the Bill will repeal and replace the 1998 Local Government: Municipal Demarcation Act. Its purpose is to bring the prevailing legislation in line with 'current Demarcation Board practices'.
