JSE DERIVATIVES RULES: PROPOSED AMENDMENTS OUT FOR COMMENT

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange intends expanding the scope of an exchange-for-risk definition in its derivatives rules.
With that in mind, the Financial Sector Conduct Authority has gazetted a notice calling for input by 27 October 2023 on the proposals concerned, which have implications for over-the-counter derivative transactions.
