JSE LISTING REQUIREMENTS: DRAFT AMENDMENTS OUT FOR COMMENT

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has called for input by 24 March 2023 on two sets of draft amendments to Johannesburg Stock Exchange listing requirements.

One set of proposals deals with:

  • financial reporting disclosures
  • weighted voting shares
  • free float assessment, and
  • special purpose acquisition companies.

The other set focuses on the JSE’s annual improvement project.

The Government Gazette notices calling for input were published three days before the draft amendments became available.
