JSE OMBUD SCHEME: INPUT SOUGHT ON RULES AMENDMENTS

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) has called for input by 20 April 2023 on draft amendments to various sets of rules. The intention is to align the rules with JSE ombud scheme requirements, according to an accompanying JSE market notice.
The draft amendments and related documents were posted on the FSCA website on 11 April 2023 – five days after the call for comments was gazetted.
