JSE RULES: INPUT SOUGHT ON DRAFT AMENDMENTS

Input is sought by 9 June 2023 on amendments to Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) rules affecting securities collateral.

Government Gazette notices calling for comment on the draft amendments were published on 26 May 2023. The amendments themselves were posted on the Financial Sector Conduct Authority website three days later.
