JUDGES AND MAGISTRATES: REMUNERATION ADJUSTMENTS GAZETTED, RETROSPECTIVELY EFFECTIVE

Remuneration and allowance adjustments affecting Constitutional Court judges, other judges and magistrates have been gazetted and came into effect nearly eighteen months ago – on 1 April 2022.
This is according to notices published on 26 September 2023 but apparently signed on 28 June 2023 by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
