JUDGES REMUNERATION & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT ACT: REGULATIONS AMENDED

Amendments to regulations under the Judges Remuneration & Conditions of Employment Act, 2001, came into force on 21 July 2023 by way of two notices in the Government Gazette.
They affect various forms of leave; travel and subsistence allowances; and the cost of maintaining a practice for the duration of an appointment.
