LAND TRANSPORT REGULATIONS: MORE DRAFT AMENDMENTS OUT FOR COMMENT

The Department of Transport has gazetted and called for public comments on more proposed amendments to regulations under the 2009 National Land Transport Act. The deadline for input is 25 October 2026.
The draft regulations have significant implications for tourist transport service operator licensing, driver accreditation, representative organisations and related matters.
