Notices have been posted on the Department of Justice & Constitutional Development website calling for input by 31 January and 16 February 2024 respectively on:
- draft amendments to regulations under the Legal Aid South Africa Act, 2014, and
- proposals emanating from a review of tariffs prescribed in the Magistrates’ Courts Rules.
