LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL GAZETTES RULES AMENDMENTS

The Legal Practice Council has gazetted amendments to ten of its rules, spread across six notices.
The amendments deal with:
- misconduct
- practical vocational training and pupillage
- study leave for candidate attorneys
- matters affecting the conversion of an advocate’s enrolment; and the keeping of accounting records
- interest on trust accounts
- the members of provincial councils
