LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL: INPUT SOUGHT ON DRAFT CANDIDATE ATTORNEY VOCATIONAL TRAINING COURSEWORK PROGRAMME

The Legal Practice Council has called for input by 16 October 2024 on a draft structured course work programme for the practical vocational training of candidate attorneys. According to the document’s accompanying Government Gazette notice, the proposals concerned also cover the four requisite competency-based admission examinations.
