LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL PLANS TO TIGHTEN ADMISSION RULES

The Legal Practice Council intends amending Rule 17. 2.14 on admission as a practitioner where an applicant has been convicted of a criminal offence or is awaiting the outcome of a criminal investigation. Comment is sought on the amendment proposed.
