LEGAL PRACTICE COUNCIL RULES: INPUT SOUGHT ON DRAFT AMENDMENT

The Legal Practice Council has called for comments by 28 April 2023 on a proposed amendment to Rule 17.6.3, which deals with the documents required when applying for admission as an attorney or advocate. Once in force, the amended rule will prescribe the requirements to be met when original degree certificates are not available.
