Three more Acts have joined the statute books, according to recent parliamentary papers. Among other things providing for allocations announced in the Medium Term Budget Policy Statement (MTBPS), they are:
- the Division of Revenue Amendment Act (Bill tabled in November 2025 with the MTBPS to revise allocations in the 2025 Division of Revenue Act to national, provincial and local spheres of government for the 2025/26 financial year)
- the Adjustments Appropriation Act (unavailable at the time of writing, the Bill was tabled in November 2025 with the MTBPS to adjust allocations to national departments and associated state entities for the 2025/26 financial year), and
- the Special Appropriation Act (Bill tabled in September 2025 to address a shortfall resulting from the withdrawal of health sector international donor funding).
