MORE AMENDMENTS TO SECTIONAL TITLES ACT IN FORCE

The Sectional Titles Amendment Act, 2022, has been gazetted and came into effect on 5 January 2023. Among other things, the new piece of legislation has implications for letting agents; exclusive use areas; sectional plans; and common property.
