The backdated Government Gazette notice https://www.gov.za/sites/default/files/gcis_document/202205/46322bn270.pdf was published on 7 May 2022, calling for comment wthin 14 days from 6 May 2022. The draft amendments were published on 9 May 2022.
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has published draft amendments to the JSE's debt listing requirements for sovereign issuers, calling for input within 14 days.
