NPA ACT: CORRUPTION-RELATED DRAFT REGULATORY AMENDMENT OUT FOR COMMENT

The Department of Justice & Constitutional Development has called for input by 22 November 2024 on a draft amendment to regulations under the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998.
They focus on the procedure to be followed when submitting complaints about the investigating directorate and/or the investigating directorate against corruption. A draft form is included.
