OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES & DISEASES: MORE REGULATORY AMENDMENTS GAZETTED, IN FORCE

The Department of Employment & Labour has gazetted four sets of amendments to regulations under the 1993 Compensation for Occupational Injuries & Diseases Act (COIDA).
