The deadline for submissions to the National Assembly Appropriations Committee is 27 November 2025. The deadline for submissions to the NCOP Appropriations Committee is 28 November 2025.

National Assembly hearings on the Special Appropriations Bill have been scheduled for 8 December 2025 (yet the NCOP committee has already conducted its hearings on that Bill, at least according to the Parliamentary Monitoring Group records).
Clarity is needed on the procedural correctness of NCOP committee hearings taking place before the Bills concerned have been passed by the National Assembly.
