PARLIAMENT PASSES SECTIONAL TITLES AMENDMENT BILL

The Sectional Titles Amendment Bill's 'B' version has been passed by the NCOP and sent to the President for signature. Once operationalised, among other things it will enable part of a development's common property to be leased, but only with the consent of the holders of registered real rights.
