PENSION FUNDS ACT: FSCA CALLS FOR INPUT ON DRAFT STANDARD

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority has released proposed amendments to the 2019 conduct standard on conditions for amalgamations and transfers under the Pension Funds Act, 1956.
Their purpose is to align existing procedures with the two-pot retirement savings system. The deadline for input is 19 June 2024.
