PRUDENTIAL AUTHORITY CLARIFIES STATUS OF BANKS ACT GUIDANCE NOTES

The Prudential Authority has clarified the status of previously issued Banks Act guidance notes, confirming which will remain effective during 2023. This is in keeping with a process introduced in 2008, since when the first guidance note each year has served the same purpose.
